Mondays 1:00 - 1:55 Begins Feb 10 Open ended class Age 7 and up Drumming offers a wide range of benefits, including: Cognitive Development: Improved coordination: Playing drums requires both hands and feet to work together, enhancing fine and gross motor skills. Stress relief: Drumming is a fantastic way for children to release energy and reduce stress. This group lesson is for 2-6 students per class, meeting for one hour per week for an open ended course. The class will cover basic music reading and counting skills, learning all types of percussion: drums, drum set, mallets, ethnic hand drumming plus so much more, introduction to Thunder Drums music, and an array of different genres and applications.
